Hannah entered CITV’s Share a Story and later found that she won the competition for the 11-12 age category in April 2015
Hannah started to post her work on social media, slowly starting to build up her online presence in spring/summer of 2015
Hannah spent the day at CITV in Manchester working with Peter Andre and others as part of Share a Story to bring her animation to life in August 2015

2016
Hannah was shortlisted in Blue Peter’s ‘Dream Big’ competition, (which now means she is the proud owner of an orange Blue Peter badge) in July 2016

Hannah completed her first paid commission, an illustrated portrait in October 2016
Hannah designed a logo for a local charity, which was then printed onto a car in October 2016
2017
Hannah completed a 100 day project challenge, starting in April 2017, where she drew dogs for 100 days
Hannah donated an illustration to Draw for Animals to sell in a charity auction, raising money for Chester Zoo in July 2017
Throughout 2017, Hannah launched her first official website, where she kept a regular blog, posting weekly about her journey as a young artist
Hannah made a video to promote 2017’s Share a Story competition, which was shared across CITV’s website and social channels
In August 2017, Hannah took part in Carnforth’s Arts and Crafts Trail, displaying her work in the window of Acorn Oak
Hannah completed a commission for a local business, Madame Chocolate in August 2017
Hannah taught her first ever workshop at Indigo Arts and Crafts Club on character illustration in August 2017

2018
Hannah gained publicity in the Morecambe Visitor and Lancaster Guardian, promoting her work on the Inspector Ted book in January 2018
Hannah exhibited 4 illustrations at Arteria in Lancaster in April 2018
In April 2018, Hannah started to work with a childminder, who gifts each child leaving her care an illustrated portrait. A few years down the line, Hannah still works on a regular basis with this client
Hannah started to develop her mixed media art style, beginning in April 2018
Hannah returned to Indigo Arts and Crafts Club for the second time to teach a storyboard workshop in August 2018
Hannah taught a book character workshop at Carnforth Library in August 2018
Hannah spoke on the panel at Morecambe’s Crime Writing Festival about illustrating Inspector Ted, where she also completed her first ever book signing in September 2018
In November 2018, Hannah was a finalist in an award for her art workshop taught at Carnforth Library, making it to the final three
Hannah taught a Christmas card workshop at her local library in December 2018
With the lead up to Christmas, Hannah worked on various commissions, which were gifted as Christmas presents in 2018
2019
Hannah’s previous commission for Madame Chocolate, was printed onto the shop’s sign in early 2019
Working with Barking Mad, Hannah designed 2 card designs in March 2019
Hannah worked with sustainable clothing brand, Brother Wolf on a t-shirt design in July 2019
During the summer of 2019, Hannah explored her new found love of painting landscapes in mixed media
Hannah taught her third annual workshop at Indigo Arts and Crafts Club in August 2019, this time creating superheroes
Hannah sold her first landscape painting at Milnthorpe Art Exhibition in August 2019
Hannah won the Creative Arts Award in the Lancaster Guardian and Morecambe Visitor’s Education Awards in November 2019
2020
Hannah completed her first international commission, an illustrated portrait, which now lives in America in January 2020
In February 2020, Hannah exhibited a selection of originals in Waddington Home Interiors
Hannah created an illustrated tribute to all of the key workers keeping the country going during the first lockdown, sharing it online in April 2020
Being at home more due to the pandemic, Hannah spent more time working on personal art projects, sharing them online. As a result, Hannah was then busy working on different commissions alongside her studies
In May 2020, Hannah launched a free colouring-in sheet for children to complete during the lockdown and was sent in photos of some great results
Hannah painted her first small mural - a landscape on the side of her parent’s garage in May 2020
In June 2020, Hannah’s work with Brother Wolf was published in Lancashire Life
2021
In February 2021, Hannah made her iconic panda logo, which is still the face of her brand
Commissioned by Carnforth Community Primary School, Hannah worked to create a painting of the school, which is now displayed in the corridors and outside on banners in March 2021
Hannah developed her own stickers, prints and pin badges in March 2021
Hannah launched her Etsy shop with her range of products in April 2021
In August and September 2021, Hannah worked with The Harris Museum and Preston City Council to run two art workshops for children, based around family life
Hannah was part of a group exhibition, Analogue It, where she collaborated with photographer Ginny Koppenhol to create a piece of art in response to the pandemic and attended the opening in September 2021
Hannah announced her upcoming first solo art exhibition and dedicated the rest of the year to working on this in December 2021
2022
Hannah opened her debut solo art exhibition, Atmospheric Perspectives with The Good Things Collective in January 2022
Hannah was interviewed live on the radio for the first time in January 2022, talking about Atmospheric Perspectives. She was interviewed on BBC Radio Lancashire and Triple M Radio
Hannah started studying a picture book course with The Good Ship Illustration in January 2022
Hannah started to work on a book project with an author in January 2022, due to be published later on this year
Hannah taught a landscape painting workshop at The Good Things Collective in February 2022
In February 2022, Hannah’s landscapes started to be displayed in a set of local Air BnBs
Hannah’s very first order of greeting cards arrived in March 2022 and sold out quickly
The Coast Office, Arnside, became the first shop to stock Hannah’s greetings cards in March 2022
Due to the huge initial success of her greeting cards, Hannah placed a second order only a couple of weeks later in March 2022
In April 2022, Hannah grew her stockists to include The Card Gallery in Kirkby Lonsdale, Parma Violet in Kirkby Lonsdale, Arteria in Lancaster and Carnforth Bookshop
Hannah returned to teach a workshop at Indigo Arts and Crafts Club, focusing on painting with a Spring/Easter theme in April 2022
Hannah launched her greeting cards on her Etsy shop in April 2022, where they have been a best selling product since
In May 2022, Hannah was approached by one of her wholesale stockists for a reorder of greeting cards
Hannah attended an artist’s networking event in Liverpool during June 2022
Hannah grew her stockists to include Vintage and Country in Silverdale, Abi and Tom’s Garden Plants in Grange-over-Sands, Kendal Picture Framers and Penny Black Post Office in Sedbergh throughout summer 2022
Hannah taught another landscape painting workshop, but this time at Studio Pugh, Kendal in August 2022
Hannah has also spent 2022 working on various personal commissions from portraits to illustrations of daffodils
Hannah sold the original painting, Arnside Viaduct in September 2022, alongside a commission that the customer had requested

November 2022 saw Hannah’s first ever international wholesale order, where her greeting cards will now be stocked in a shop in the USA
To end the year, Hannah exhibited original artwork at King Street Studio’s Annual Art Fair at the Storey, where she sold 2 paintings
2023
After years of debating to, Hannah started posting videos to her YouTube channel, where 100 people subscribed in the first month of January, allowing the channel to reach its first small milestone.
January 2023 also saw Hannah start writing a blog again. You can find this on this very website.
Hannah restocked her greeting cards in Carnforth Bookshop with their biggest order to date in January 2023
In February 2023, Hannah designed and ordered a printed portfolio of her work, business cards and posters to take to the upcoming Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
Fred’s Bookshop in Ambleside became the newest stockist of Hannah Robinson Illustration’s greeting cards in February 2023.
Hannah welcomed her first stockist in Grasmere, Sam Read Bookseller, who now stock a range of her greeting cards since February 2023
As a solo trip, Hannah attended Bologna Children’s Book Fair for the first time in March 2023, where she spent her time soaking up illustration inspiration and attending positive portfolio reviews.
March 2023 continued to be a big month for Hannah, where she started renting her own art studio space in Lancaster, a massive step forward in her illustration career.
Commissioned by The Judges’ Lodgings, Hannah created a piece to reflect the past and present of the building, which is now on display in the museum. Alongside this, she also ran a workshop there in April 2023.
In April 2023, Hannah returned to Indigo Arts and Crafts Club for another year, creating spring themed illustrations with the children.
Hannah spent the month of April working on a new Lake District Collection, which she transformed into a new range of greeting cards in May 2023.
With Events by Shop Small, Hannah sold her illustrated products at her first ever small market in June 2023.
In June 2023, Hannah took part in Silverdale Arts and Crafts Trail, exhibiting her work with King Street Studios
Driving up to Stonehaven, Scotland in June 2023, Hannah took part in the TV show Landscape Artist of the Year as a wildcard artist
July 2023 saw the publication of Panda Paramedic, the first ever book that Hannah has fully illustrated
